How to Apply

Our evaluation process is strictly transparent, objective, and merit-based. Follow these steps:

    Application Submission: Submit a formal application within the designated deadlines officially announced by the Program.

    360° Evaluation: Applications are thoroughly reviewed based on academic marks, classroom participation, and socioeconomic documentation where applicable.

    Personal Interview: Whenever deemed necessary by the Steering Committee, an interview is arranged to guarantee a fair selection procedure.

Our scholars act as the primary ambassadors of the IDS program and are expected to uphold the highest standards:

Academic Integrity: Maintaining excellent academic standing and complying fully with the operational rules and the University's Code of Ethics.
Active Engagement: Participating in educational/research tasks, presentations, institutional events, or other forms of academic representation.

  • 📌 Annual Validity: The scholarship applies strictly to the specific academic year approved and does not imply automatic renewal.
  • 📌 Right to Re-apply: Renewal is reviewed annually upon a fresh application submission and subsequent re-evaluation.
  • 📌 Remaining Tuition: A scholarship waiver does not exempt students from timely payment obligations regarding any remaining tuition balances.
  • 📌 Revocation Rights: The Steering Committee retains the right to revoke a scholarship in case of poor academic performance or misconduct.
