Program Headquarters & Access
The headquarters of the Intelligent Digital Systems (IDS) graduate program are located within the modern facilities of the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of the Peloponnese in Tripoli, Arcadia.
Geographical Location & Local Transit
The campus is situated approximately 2 km away from the city center, adjacent to the scenic Agios Georgios grove. Access is highly convenient via regular local bus routes that directly connect the Department with Tripoli's central square as well as the regional intercity bus station (KTEL Arcadias).
Traveling from Abroad to Greece
For students, researchers, and distinguished guests traveling to the IDS program from abroad, transit and road access are primarily served by two international airports:
Athens International Airport (ATH)
"Eleftherios Venizelos": The main international gateway to Greece. Travel to Tripoli is carried out via Attiki Odos motorways and subsequently through the modern and secure Corinth - Tripoli highway (A7). For schedules and airport services, visit the official Athens International Airport portal.
Kalamata International Airport (KLX)
"Captain Vassilis Constantakopoulos": A significantly faster and closer alternative route (particularly during spring and summer seasonal terms), providing a direct highway connection via the A7 motorway. For airline options and destination lists, visit the Kalamata International Airport portal.
