Completion & Document Submission

Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure the successful submission of your application to the IDS program.

1. Review & Final Submission

Please ensure that you have accurately filled out all required fields and personal information in the application form. The evaluation process will only begin once the form is officially submitted. Kindly verify all details before clicking submit.

2. Confirmation Email

Immediately after submission, an automated confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive it in your inbox within a few minutes, please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

Document Attachment Specifications

For optimal and faster processing of your application, all required supporting documents must be uploaded digitally. The preferred file formats are PDF or Word documents (DOC / DOCX). Alternatively, clear digital copies in image format (JPG / PNG) are acceptable, provided that all text and information remain entirely legible.

Title

First Name

Provide your first name (given name) exactly as it appears on your official identification document (passport or national ID card). This information will be used for applicant identification and official communication.

Last Name

Provide your last name (family name/surname) exactly as it appears on your official identification document (passport or national ID card). This information will be used for applicant identification and official communication.

Νationality

Please provide your nationality exactly as indicated on your passport or national ID card. This information is required for applicant identification and administrative purposes.

Country of Residence

Date of Birth

Please provide your date of birth exactly as it appears on your official identification document (passport or national ID card). This information is required for applicant identification and administrative processing.

Email

Please provide a valid and active email address. All communications regarding your application, including confirmation messages, requests for additional documents, and admission decisions, will be sent to this address. Ensure that you have access to this email account and regularly check your inbox, including your spam/junk folder.

Mobile Number

Please provide a valid and active mobile phone number in international format (German DIN 5008), including the appropriate country code. This number will be used by the Secretariat for application-related communications, admission updates, and requests for additional information.

Landline Phone Number

This field is optional. If available, provide a landline phone number that may be used as an alternative means of communication regarding your application and admission process.

Passport-Size Photograph

Please upload a recent passport-size photograph for identification purposes. The photograph should clearly show your face, be of good quality, and preferably be taken within the last six months. PDF format is preferred; however, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are also accepted.

National ID Card

Select the type of identification document submitted with your application. The document type selected here should correspond to the identification number and the uploaded document provided in the following sections of the application form.

Passport or National ID Number

Please enter the number of the passport or national identity card that you have uploaded with your application. The number must be entered exactly as it appears on the official document, including any letters, numbers, or special characters. This information will be used for applicant identification, document verification, and administrative processing purposes.

Legible Copy of Passport or National ID Card

Clear Selection

Please upload a clear and legible copy of your valid passport or national ID card. Ensure that your full name, photograph, date of birth, document number, issuing authority, and expiration date (if applicable) are clearly visible. PDF format is preferred; however, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are also accepted.

Section 2: Academic Details

High School Education Status

Please select the option that best describes your current high school education status. Choose "Completed High School Diploma" if you have already graduated and obtained a high school diploma.

Choose "In Final Year of High School" if you are currently completing your final year and expect to graduate before enrollment.
Choose "Equivalent Qualification" if you hold an alternative qualification recognized as equivalent to a high school diploma.
Choose "Did Not Complete High School" if you have not completed secondary education and do not hold an equivalent qualification.

High School Diploma

Please upload a clear and legible copy of your High School Diploma or an equivalent secondary education qualification. The document should clearly display your full name, the name of the school, the date of graduation, and any official signatures or stamps. PDF format is preferred; however, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are also accepted.

Academic Transcript

Please upload your academic transcript(s) or official school records. Applicants who have completed high school must submit transcripts covering the final two years of secondary education. Applicants currently enrolled in the final year of high school should upload the most recent official transcript, report card, or other school records available at the time of application.

Documents should clearly display the applicant's name, school name, academic year(s), and grades or academic performance. PDF format is preferred; JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are also accepted.

Applicants who have completed high school must submit transcripts covering the final two years of secondary education.
Applicants currently in the final year of high school should submit the most recent official school records available.
The applicant's full name must be visible.
The school name and academic year(s) must be clearly indicated.
Grades and academic performance must be legible.
Color scans are preferred.
PDF format is recommended.

School Name

Please provide the full official name of the high school or secondary education institution you currently attend or have graduated from. This information will be used to verify your educational background and supporting documents.

School Address

Please provide the full postal address of the high school or secondary education institution you currently attend or have graduated from. Include the street address, city, postal code, and country to facilitate the verification of your educational records if required.

School Email

Please provide the official email address of your high school or secondary education institution, if known. This information may be used by the University for the verification of academic records, supporting documents, or other educational credentials. This field is optional and may be left blank if such information is not available.

School Phone

Please provide the official telephone number of your high school or secondary education institution. Include the country and area code where applicable. This information may be used for academic record verification and administrative communication purposes.

School Website

Please provide the official website URL of your high school or secondary education institution, if available. This information may assist the University in verifying academic credentials, institutional information, and supporting documentation. If your school does not have an official website or if you do not know the website address, you may leave this field blank.

Section 3: English Language Proficiency

English Language Proficiency Status

Please indicate your English language proficiency status. Applicants may provide a recognized English Language Proficiency Certificate, qualify for an exemption as citizens of countries where English is an official language and who have completed secondary education in English, or qualify for an exemption based on a higher education degree from an English-taught program lasting at least one full academic semester. This information is required to assess eligibility for admission to the Intelligent Digital Systems (IDS) undergraduate program.

Proficiency Certificate Title

Please specify the title of the English Language Proficiency Certificate you hold. Examples include IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English Qualifications (B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency), Michigan ECCE/ECPE, or another recognized English language certification.

Please upload a Personal Statement describing your motivation for applying to the Intelligent Digital Systems (IDS) undergraduate program. Your statement should explain your academic interests, personal goals, reasons for choosing the program, and how participation in the program aligns with your future educational and career aspirations. The document should be clear, well-structured, and written in English. PDF format is preferred; however, Word documents (.doc and .docx) are also accepted.

Section 6: Submit Application Form

Declaration of Accuracy

Before submitting your application, please confirm that all information provided and all supporting documents uploaded are accurate, complete, and authentic. Applicants are responsible for ensuring the validity of the information submitted. The University of the Peloponnese reserves the right to request additional documentation and to verify any information provided during the admissions process.
